The registration fee includes attendance at scientific sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception and the conference programme & abstract booklet.
* Students
To encourage student participation, students are eligible for a discounted registration fee of $250.00. To be entitled to the discounted rate, the student must be enrolled in a degree program at a college or university at the time of the Conference. Proof of enrollment must be provided in the form of a signed letter on official letterhead from the home Department Chair or equivalent, stating simply that the student is currently enrolled in the undergraduate or graduate program of that Department. (We are sorry, but postdocs are not eligible for the discounted rate. *) The letter must be received by the deadline date for registration. Conference Dinner
The Conference Dinner will take place at the Mountainlodge Restaurant Ristis which lies high above Engelberg (at a sea-level of abaot 1,600 metres) and can be reached quickly via cableway. From this location, we will enjoy breath taking views to the Titlis glacier (3,500 m above sea-level), Hahnen and Spannort mountain peaks. Costs: CHF 55 per person (including transfer to cable car by bus, cable car, Swiss cheese Fondue and soft and alcoholic drinks – in case you don’t like to eat Swiss Cheese Fondue and alternative dish will be ordered (including a vegan option) by the conference organizer).
Field Excursions:
Excursions will take place on Thursday 17 October 2019

Field Excursion
The Field Excursion is not yet organized in detail but we are looking into the option to organize a hiking trip in the Engelberg mountain area (with two options in terms of difficulty level from moderate to moderate-challenging but also weather dependent). Another option will be to organize a visit to a Swiss-based biocontrol manufacturer or agro-industry representative. Costs: CHF 85 (which includes bus transfer or cable car ride, CABI or company tour guide as well as lunch or dinner package).
Companions:
Lunches (30.00 CHF) and coffee breaks (15.00 CHF) can be booked and bought locally at registration.

You will find the account details on the invoice, which you can download from your conference account.
Credit card online
Once you have submitted your registration a link will appear on your account to allow you to process your credit card payment through a secured payment system set up for the conference, Six-Card-Solutions (Saferpay). Please note any credit card transaction will appear on your statement as KCS Kuhlmann Convention Service.

Once you have submitted your registration, a link to the credit card form will appear on your account. Please print out the form and follow the instructions. Please note any credit card transaction will appear on your statement as KCS Kuhlmann Convention Service.

After completing the online registration process your email address and password will enable you to access your account at any time to view the details of your registration, view your payment status, print your invoice or submit an abstract.

Due to the current situation caused by the spread of COVID-19 a high economical risk is involved in the planning of large events and congresses. We therefore notify you, that in case a cancellation of the congress is unavoidable only 50% of the registration ticket price will be refunded to you. This is necessary to facilitate upcoming conferences and to maintain the economic viability of the organizer of the congress.
